Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your Cindera account and all associated data.
In the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Cindera app:
- Open the Cindera app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. You will be asked to confirm twice to prevent accidental deletion.
Via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing privacy@cindera.ai from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile and account information
- All clothing item photos and data
- All saved and generated outfits
- Style preferences and appearance details
- All session and authentication data
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be irreversibly removed from our servers.
