1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Cindera mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Cindera. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cindera only for its intended purpose — managing your personal wardrobe and receiving outfit recommendations. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload to Cindera. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you within the App, and to send it to third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of providing the App's features.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outfit recommendations and clothing categorizations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated suggestions. Use your own judgment when following any recommendation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cindera name, logo, design, and all original content within the App are the property of Cindera and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Cindera available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cindera and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen or via our account deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data (including photos, outfits, and profile information) will be permanently removed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cindera operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
